mobi-kiosk™
After downloading a branded app to their Smartphone, passengers are presented with a dashboard of useful day-of-travel services. Using this rich interface, passengers are just a few clicks away from services such as check-in, receiving a boarding pass or even reserving their hotel room or hiring a car.

mobile advertising
mobi-pass™ allows scope for ancillary revenue generation and behaviour tracking through advert injection.

Mobile internet/WAP booking
Using their WAP browser, passengers are able to book their tickets from their mobile phone eliminating the requirement for PC or internet access.

SMS booking
Frequent Flyers only need to send a pre-arranged keyword e.g. London, to a shortcode in order to book their most common flights.

mobi-ticket™
Mobiqa use their patented Optimiser technology to send a barcoded mobi-ticket™ to the passenger’s phone as a booking reference. The passenger simply has their mobi-ticket™ scanned at the self service kiosks or at the check-in desk to receive their boarding pass.

Check-in alert SMS
Informs passengers that check-in is now open and they can do so conveniently from their mobile phone using WAP or SMS check-in.

Mobile internet/WAP check-in
Passengers can use their WAP browser to check-in for their flight straight from their mobile phone. The IATA 2D barcoded boarding pass (mobi-pass™) is delivered immediately to the mobile phone.

SMS check-in
Passengers text their booking reference or frequent flyer number to a shortcode to initiate check-in by SMS. The mobile boarding pass is delivered to the mobile phone.

mobi-pass™
Passengers are sent an IATA approved mobile barcoded boarding pass in the form of an MMS or WAP message. Mobiqa use their patented, award-winning Optimiser technology to tailor the barcode specifically to the passenger’s handset model and mobile phone network to ensure an unparalleled user experience.

Flight status alerts
Up-to-the-minute flight alerts and updates are sent to passengers’ mobile phones via SMS text message greatly improving the pre-boarding experience for the customer and allowing them to plan their time more effectively before their flight.

On-board retail redemption
Passengers are issued with a barcoded mobile receipt for the pre-paid on-board food or can be sent mobi-coupons™ or vouchers for on-board or in-terminal retail redemption.

Integrated transport ticketing
